Bieber: sad wings of destiny?

Following the suicide bomb attack on the Ariana Grande concert in Manchester that killed 23, there are fears that ISIS will now target other pop concerts and music festivals this summer, especially those featuring big name stars.

Canadian heartthrob Bieber, 23, is the same age as Salman Abedin the suicide bomber who also took 23 lives. Bieber also shares the same manager with Grande. This July he is scheduled to play an open air concert at London's Hyde Park. 

The crowds this will attract would be an ideal soft target and an extremely high profile one that would have enormous media impact. For this reason there are fears that another terrorist atrocity will be attempted, prompting fans of the singer to call on him to pull out. Some fans with tickets to Bieber's June shows in Dublin and Cardiff are also reportedly trying to sell them. 

But even if Bieber cancels, there will countless other concerts and festivals going on this Summer, all of which present high impact soft targets that will prove very tempting for terrorists. 

So, in addition to the overpriced drinks and poor toilet facilities, concert and festival goers now face a new hazard -- literally "losing their heads" at a gig.

Already 90s pop group Take That and 80s new wave act Blondie have cancelled or postponed gigs. Expect this list to grow longer as it becomes clear that the British authorities can no longer manage the multicultural mess that they have created.
