Benjamin Moukandjo, captain of Indomitable Lions has ended his contract with his former club FC Lorient where he spent two years. In a tweet, Moukandjo revealed that he will play in the Chinese Super League. Though several English clubs were on the line to enlist him, he rather preferred Jiangsu, a Chinese Super League club. The contract of his  transfer is estimated at 5.5 million Euros.

Courted by Birmingham, Benjamin Moukandjo, the former striker of Lorient, had indicated that he does not wish to play in England and has chosen China. It should be noted that Moukandjo was Lorient's top scorer last season (13 goals in 27 matches). He joins his national teammates like Christian Bassogog and Olivier Boumalwho are already playing in China.
